How are international logistics and customs clearance arranged?

How are routes matched?

After the goods are consolidated at the transit warehouse, we match appropriate logistics routes based on destination country, chargeable weight, delivery time requirements, and budget:

  • International Express: Fast delivery, suitable for small batches, urgent orders, and samples;
  • Air Freight: Relatively fast, suitable for medium batches with time-sensitive requirements;
  • Sea Freight: Low cost, suitable for large batches and non-urgent goods, via full container load or less than container load.

Customs Clearance

  • DDP Routes: We handle customs clearance and bear the duties, delivered to your door;
  • Non-duty-paid/FOB: Customs clearance and duties at the destination port are handled by the recipient or their freight forwarder.

Tracking and Delivery Time

All routes provide full logistics tracking number and traceability query. International transportation involves uncontrollable factors such as weather, customs inspections, flight/ship schedules, destination country policies, etc. The delivery times shown on the page are for reference only and do not constitute a commitment.

Prohibited/restricted items must be avoided for shipment. Seizure, destruction, confiscation, and costs caused by prohibited items or false declarations shall be borne by the shipper.
